- KWK WhiteNov 12, 20251.0I don't know why I keep wasting time and money at this location maybe because it's the closest one every time I order here something is messed up or they didn't have something and the sandwiches are always literally just thrown together and there is a big mess or the burger is put together with the bun halfway off the burger and the toppings will be on the wrapper instead of the sandwich fries are always soggy and cold as if they have been there for two days I even had them make the fries with no salt in hopes to get fresh fries and I got that but I also got a burger with nothing on it I ordered a double cheeseburger there was no cheese no seasoning no sauce nothing a burger with just the bun I just stood at the counter because they forgot my drink they looked right past me to another that just came in and helped her out then looked back at me and walked away without saying anything multiple employees did the same until finally the one guy working asked me what he could help me with and in less than 1 minute I had my drink and was out of there they could have just seen what I needed instead of wasting everyones time

I have never ever received such great service from someone at any fast food restaurant! Please let him know he is greatly appreciated and after a long day that was a perfect way to end the evening. I pray that young man makes it far in the franchise! Or if he wishes to move on where he goes I pray he succeeds! That’s someone that realizes that you treat every job big or small of upmost importance! Thank you so much!
