I ordered four burgers/sandwiches at this McDonald’s and asked for BBQ and Buffalo sauce. The employee told me she could only give one sauce for free and I would have to pay for the other. Seriously? I’ve never had this issue anywhere else. I was just in Virginia last week and they gave sauces with no problem. I spent $20 on my order and they can’t even provide a couple extra sauces? If the store is struggling with sales, charging customers for basic condiments is not the way to fix it. This seems to be a problem only at this location, and it’s definitely disappointing. I won’t be coming back. Great job, McDonald’s management—if this is how you treat customers, I’m sure your “sales” will go up.
