    Every time I come here they always close the inside and hour or two before they are suppose to its says on the door they close dine-in at 9pm i got here at 8:28 pm and they are closed..makes no sense to me.. if I could give this place a negative star...

    Service is extremely slow once waited over an hour they are extremely understaffed and get extremely busy during rushes however if it is not a rush it’s a great meet up place or place to study no one will bother you, free WiFi, free warmth, and free restrooms. The staff are great as far as I can tell. My phone died on my way home and I had to call my boyfriend to unlock the door because I lost the keys and a kinda staff member let me borrow their phone.

    Worst McDonald's in Columbus. Manager rude, cussing, and highly unprofessional. Their staff refuse to fill a $28.00 order. When I finally caught her in her lie, she tried to blame it on others. This is the most unprofessional store I have ever encountered. My order was placed at 6:00 p.m. and still at 8:19 I do not have an order. Only when she found out I had been taking screenshots and was already in a meeting with a very important person, was she then, trying to fill my order, but still calling names. Then in her unwillingness to want to fill the order was going down practically the entire order stating she did not have the items. We are past 8:00 p.m. you should have done canceled the order if you were that incompetent of not being able to handle a $28 order and it was placed at 6:00 p.m. I would love to speak to a District Manager.

    Ordered 5 grinch boxes and received 2 of the actual boxes and those meals came with the wrong sauce and were ice cold. The other two grinch boxes were bunless big macs, so of course they put it on the platter plates whicb was also ice cold and didn't give us our boxes with fries that go with it. The 5th grinch box meal was missing completely. Called the store to tell them we were missing 3 grinch boxes. That we received the two sandwiches but not the box or fries for the two big macs, and then the third big Mac grinch box was not even given to us, but we received the drink. I called the store, they told me that was hard to believe that we didn't receive those because I should have noticed. No, I shouldn't have noticed because I am not the one who picked up the order. My partner did. He also had no idea about the boxes. He just knew I ordered food and told him to pick it up and bring it to us. I was told they need to look into it, because it was a lot of food to be missing. Let me be clear, we were missing two orders of fries and the box with socks for the two bunless big Mac meals. Then we were missing an entire grinch box big Mac meal. That's not a lot of food. That's a meal and two fries. Sent my boyfriend back and was speaking with them again to where I advised the food was ice cold, and at this point...I could hear them in the back ground "well now shes calling back and saying her food is cold" because it is. Why are we acting like this to someone who just paid your 71 dollars and some change for food to be made correctly, hot, and receive all items? It's wild. I get the entire order remade to STILL be missing a box. I received 4 out of 5 that were ordered the second time around. Then, I have someone with a gluten allergy. You made their food with the bun. So she couldn't eat it and her first order that was made correctly, was ice cold. I don't understand how hard it is to read a screen and double verify that you've got everything correct on a big paying order. You remade it and still ended up shorting me a box that I paid for....but again, to sit there and argue with me, is insane. I normally let it go, but this was food for my co-workers too. Please do better and be kind. Because this was absolutely unacceptable.
