Placed an order through the website. I was told to go inside to pick up. When I got there the lobby was closed and a sign said use drive thru. Nobody was in the drive thru so I pulled around to the window. Girl immediately told me I need to stop at the ordering screen to let them know what I was ordering. I said I was picking up an online order but the lobby was closed…she repeated herself and then asked my name for the order. 5 seconds later she gave me the order and told me again that next time I need to stop at the ordering screen next time. In the time it took her to explain to me what I should do, she could have just done her job and got my order. There won’t be a next time. Rude staff and poor instructions will take me to supporting my small local shop instead.
Arrived at location 10pm, lobby closed but sign on floor saying drive thru only. Pull up to driveway speaker, could barely understand kid working ,only had 3 varieties available, then he said only 2, since we went out of our way to kill a craving, placed order could see they weren't concerned about customers more about closing and getting out of work. I understand it was an hour before closing but really felt after 4 donuts being over 10. Dollars ripped off.Poor service, over priced donuts and the fact it looked closed upon arriving, I wouldn't recommend any out of towner to go there anytime after dark. The krispy kreme delivery truck was pulling out when we pulled in. I should have just stopped at sheetz same price but atleast the customer service was better

Went through the drive thru Friday night 15 minutes before close. Upon being greeted and starting to order the woman cut me off mid sentence with "I close in 1 minute, hurry up". I order and go to the same window to pay where I am met with the same woman announcing she doesn't want to be there all night. To really make matters worse, I was charged twice the normal amount for what I ordered and wasn't given a receipt. After realizing I returned to the drive thru window to address the matter and no one came to the window despite it not even being time to close yet.
This was honestly the WORST experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were extremely, extremely rude, and I genuinely felt like I was being discriminated against because of my skin color.
In the middle of winter, I drove more than 10 minutes to get there picking up my food. The staff saw me but refused to open the door. I knocked, and everyone inside completely ignored me, just making hand gestures that I couldn’t understand at all. No one came out to explain what was going on, leaving me standing in the cold wind for about six minutes.
I then walked to a side window, and the employee told me they couldn’t serve me there and that I had to come through in my car. The staff literally just slammed the window shut on me, super rudely, without me even saying a word. So I went back and drove around. After I pulled up, another staff told me I had parked the wrong way and made me drive around again because I was in the wrong lane.
The attitude was incredibly rude from start to finish. I will never come back to this store again.

I planned ahead and place an order for pickup. Not only was the order not ready, the dots I ordered we just ripped up donuts and the dozen donuts were a day old. Not one person in the office can enjoy these things. The donuts were hard and sweating. This isn't just out of the glazed waterfall, they were old, sweating donuts. To add to this, a colleague said the so-called "dots" tasted like cigarettes. How appetizing?! I will be avoiding this place in the future. This is not the Krispy Kreme I remember. Very disappointing!
