I ordered 8 boxes for a work event ($163 total) and was already on my way when I got a call that the order had to be refunded because there weren’t enough donuts.🤔 There wasn’t any alternative offered—just a cancellation. Those donuts were my plans for that entire morning and I had to waste time figuring something else out. Disappointing for sure. Unfortunately, for the business because that also meant the store lost out on a $163 sale.😞 and my trust to use them for events going forward.

We then went through the drive through btw they had signs everywhere about the Valentine’s Day doughnuts, but when we order they were out of them and literally ever other doughnut and nobody was in the drive through or parking lot. This was the most terrible experience I have ever had at a restaurant! Do not come here don,t waste your time! They need to do something about this!
