  First off, I want to say the food was great and exactly as ordered, but that wasn't the issue here, it was the woman working. Today (3/7/25 @2:30 p.m) there were 2 employees working, 1 white male with ginger blonde hair, and a black woman with straight black hair and some pink color (I think). During the ordering process she was being hard on him for struggling to find a button on the screen, and when she saw what we ordered she made rude comments in front of us about how much work she has to do now. We got 2 sandwiches, both combos and the "giant size". More people came in and they struggled to get all orders taken care of in a timely manner, which included her mostly yelling at him for struggling to keep up and bitching constantly about how she will just walk out if he doesnt pick it up in speed or do more to help. He was moving as fast as he could and doing all the ordering and she was upset she had the duty of making the sandwiches but never offered to switch 😂 Really univiting energy overall and wow this poor guy looked so stressed with her. Good luck man! Hope the managers see this.

  Sandwich was gross and left me with awful lingering heartburn. Based on the stomach irritation and the general demeanor and attitude of the staff, I can guarantee that cleanliness and freshness are completely ignored. Just take a look at the staff and you'll see what I mean. I generally expect very little from Jimmy Johns but this one missed the mark completely.

  I will never understand how this place has business. I show up after work wanting a quick bite to eat and order through DoorDash. I’m thinking I’m getting a foot-long for almost $11. It was only a 6 inch and the protein on my club was paper thin, it was literally a bread and lettuce sandwich And I always thought why I rarely ever went to Jimmy John’s. This explains it and this will be the last time I’m fooled by false advertising. I won’t be back to any jimmy John’s ever and I’m tired of the lack of quality from these big franchises
