  Not a great experience. I ordered a tuna sub, and since I don’t like my tuna hot, I asked if I could have just the bread and cheese toasted. I was denied for reasons unknown. I received my cold sub with cheese hanging off the side and most of the tuna clumped in the middle. Very disappointing considering I haven’t been to Jimmy John’s in years. I probably won’t be back for several more.

  It’s Jimmy John’s, no different than any other Jimmy John’s. But isn’t that the point? Do you want good repeatable food and service and smells? Well, you go to Jimmy John’s, and this establishment is among the best Jimmy John’s.
