  My wife and I have had great experience eating at Jimmy John's not only here in Columbus but also in Richmond Virginia. But on January 29th 2026 we had our first bad experience. After eating sandwiches from there. At the 1544 Cassidy ave location. I called to the manager about our experience i was told they never had anyone say they had a problem when ordering the sandwiches we got and that we must of had something else to eat that made us sick , that he would make call and get back to us which he never did, we are disappointed in the whole situation

  Online app is easy to use.. good pricing. Meaty and delicious sandwiches.. quick pickup and friendly and attentive staff.

  I work near the Columbus airport and order from the Cassady JJ store at least once per week, the staff is always friendly, prompt and efficient. Keep up the good work guys.
