    I wish I could've caught the name of the person at the window for my pickup. A black woman, so super sweet, 12pmish 12/30/2025. So very upbeat despite a clear lunch rush. This is the ONLY location that has executed my order to perfection. It's not even a complex order, but other locations mess it up every single time due to lack of detail. This is my new go to for lunch at work. The highlight is the woman at the window who clearly enjoys her job and interacting with others!

    Qiana and Star really made my lunch. I was about to walk out and leave and these two took the time to tell me about different options and yummy things here. I truly appreciate their customer service and professionalism. Knowledge of the product and loads of personality. I will return SOON

    I went here about a month ago. A very nice gentleman greeted me and took my order. Once I paid, I asked if I could have the receipt because I needed to submit it to my company for reimbursement. The man working the line (not taking my order) snapped at me "it'll be in the bag." I said okay thanks. They were busy so I was not worried about it. My food came out pretty quick at the end of the line, less than ten minutes. Meanwhile the guy working the line had snapped at another customer and was rushing through things. I was handed my food and I said can I get the receipt? (It wasn't in the bag). He handed me the receipt with his dirty gloves and there was mayo grease on the receipt. I wasn't too phased by this but looked in my bag to see neither of the pickles I ordered. I nicely asked if I could get my pickles. He yanked out a couple sheets of deli paper, wrapped them up, and handed them to me. No apology, no have a nice day, didn't say a word or even look at me. Oh well, they are busy and he is locked in on his job. Once I got home, I opened my sandwich to realize they didn't put the pickles on it which I had asked for. Not a big deal, but then realized they put mayo on my Italian sandwich instead of oil and vinegar. It was nasty. I was very patient and calm in the restaurant and recognized the man working the line was very busy and overwhelmed so I ignored his attitude. But then he didn't even get my order right or make my sandwich right? There's no reason to be rude to customers, especially if you're not even making the food they asked for. I live very close by but I will never go back here.

    Ordered giant roast beef with extra onions. Got a bun with 14 pounds of lettuce and had to remind the guy about the onions. Got barely a regular portion instead of extra. Far too much mayonnaise and far too much horseradish sauce. No attention to creating something good - just throwing things together. Never again!
