I easily just had the most irritating and frustrating experience here. This is the SECOND time i ordered an TOASTED ultimatum Italian sub OFF OF THEIR TOASTED MENU and got a cold sub. I drove home sat down to eat and it was cold. And i was irritated bc i don’t like cold food. So i called and talked to Devyn. I explained the situation and he put the manager on duty on the phone, Cory. I explained to her. And she debated with me telling me i ordered a cold sub. And continued to tell me i requested cold. Which is a lie. I wouldn’t call up here and tell you it’s cold and i wanted it hot. She told me she can give me a credit and began to tell me she had witnesses !!! It’s her and Devyn and there. So she told me she would give me a credit and HUNG UP ON ME. So i packed my four month old baby up. And drove 15 minutes back there and asked for them to remake it TOASTED as advertised and requested. She came to the window and told me she can’t give me a credit or remake my sub bc she doesn’t have the ability to do so. So i asked her why would you lie and say that you would on the phone. I wouldn’t have drove all the way there. THEN i asked for a refund. I didn’t touch the sandwich or take a bite. And she said no bc i asked her for it to be cold. I told her i wasn’t satisfied with her service and i no longer wanted it. She said her DM would call me tomorrow, which her name is Star. Then added to her lie talking about i asked twice if you was sure i wanted it cold? And i asked her why was she lying bc that’s not even what you said on the phone. Then she said the whole i got witnesses line again. So she walks away and leaves me there. So i came in and asked her to make my sandwich as advertised!!!!!! TOASTED.
Then i come here and see this is a common practice. They don’t give refunds, credits, they don’t correct. And they simply just don’t get your order right. And they don’t accept accountability. And they try to tell you what you said to them. I’m mind blown.
I’m definitely making a complaint with the BBB. I don’t think it’s ok to not refund me. Or correct it. And made me pay for the same sandwich twice. I had to pay bc Corey lacked customer service skills. And manager skills. And clearly it’s a problem bc if the DM would allow you to refund or credit it’s bc it happens too much.

I see alot of people complain about this Jimmy John's location, my daughter and I come here at least 24 times a year (after each of her appointments at Nationwide Children's Hospital) they are always good to us, always give us our order correctly, always friendly. I have this location on lock on Google maps for fast easy access. They might be a little slow, but its worth it. They make the best sandwiches of all the Jimmy Johns I been to.

Upon entering the restaurant with my daughter I inquired you as if we needed a key or a code to use the restroom. I was then told by the employee at the cash register that we needed to purchase something before we could use the restroom because it was for customers only. I then told her that I would really like to be able to use the restroom first and let my daughter use the restroom before we tried to stand there to figure out what we wanted in order to make our purchase. It seems as though it had to be a battle just to get to use the bathroom. The customer service representative seemed not happy at the fact we were trying to use the restroom before purchasing the food. After returning from the restroom we stood and waited to place our order while there was no one in line and only one person sitting in this Jimmy John's. Every free employee that was in there was standing around anyone could have said someone will be with you in a moment and made any attempt to take our order but did not. They all waited for the same woman to approach the counter to wait on us. While we were waiting in line for someone to assist us another person came in with a DoorDash or Uber eats pickup cut in front of us and they were waited on before us by another employee. While we were getting our drink at the machine the young man who had prepared our sandwich brought the sandwich over to us. The bag was already ripped that the sandwich was in. There was no napkins or anything placed inside our bag. There were no straws and we were trying to find the lids when the customer who was in their prior to us that was setting there told us that they were located above the machine. For one combo meal which is what we ask for which was the Tom turkey sandwich with cheese tomato and mayo no lettuce with the chip with a drink as well as we added a extra chip and a cookie to it cost of $18. $18 which paid an employee's wages who had an attitude and could have cared less if we were there to place an order or not only cared about the fact that the restroom was only for paying customers. This is not a location that we will be going back to. We have only been in this location possibly two to three times over 4 years so that breaks down to the equivalent of once a year and this Jimmy John's is in our neighborhood but we do not go to it. It is due to the poor customer service. If you're going to be rude to your customers I can go somewhere else. It is hard to get in and out of this location The parking lot is very small and enclosed making it hard to get in and out of the parking lot as well as making it hard to get in and out of the parking spaces. The only thing that makes this location convenient is the fact that it is near freeway entrances and exits and it is right off of 23 or high Street.

I wish I could've caught the name of the person at the window for my pickup. A black woman, so super sweet, 12pmish 12/30/2025. So very upbeat despite a clear lunch rush. This is the ONLY location that has executed my order to perfection. It's not even a complex order, but other locations mess it up every single time due to lack of detail. This is my new go to for lunch at work. The highlight is the woman at the window who clearly enjoys her job and interacting with others!
