  The food was good, however I am only giving 3 stars because I paid for and didn’t get bacon. You owe me $2 Jimmy John! Do better, everyone knows you’re better than that.

  I ordered a Giant spicy Italian with a side of peppers. I got a Giant spicy Italian with no peppers at all not even the side. My friend ordered after me she wanted roasted with provolone ONLY and repeated it 3x. They toasted her bun she said no I didnt want the bread toasted then they made roast beef with cheddar NO I dont want cheddar I want roast beef and provolone only. Get home had no peppers at all and a sloppy mess on my sandwich and she had a jar of mayonnaise and lettuce she didnt want on her sandwich stopped together. There was a kid I believe training but the woman training him would no shut her mouth long enough to do anything and when u tried to tell her she cut you off like "I know" smh... I know to stick with grovecity store its sad when the quality of ur food is determined by the location and not the name. Never again will I go to this J,J's again it was a nightmare.. Needless to say that mess of sandwiches went in the trash!

  This location is 1.7 miles from my house and they won't deliver to me according to the app. Really disappointing because I love JJ's.
