  We ordered five guys for their bogo burger day. Both of us ordered ahead of time at around 11am for pickup at 8pm. Minutes prior to us picking up our food, one of us received a call from the restaurant informing us that there were no buns left. The options were to have a bowl or get a refund. The other person was not informed of the lack of buns until after our arrival. We decided to just get the burgers as bowls because we had buns at home, but it was odd that they didn't set aside enough buns/food for those who ordered ahead of time and paid ahead of time. The workers were understandably stressed out, but they were a bit short with the customers in the restaurant. Upon our arrival there was no greeting. Instead they all just said "we are out of everything." The burgers themselves tasted fine (would have been better with the bun), but it was not worth the hassle and certainly not worth the $11.

  There was no one ahead of us in line. Took about 20 minutes to get our 2 cheeseburgers and 1 ff. The fries were cold and soggy when we got them. After all the waiting…. I asked the guy for a new French fry. I told him they were cold. He looked at me and said “excuse me!” I said I’m sorry didn’t you hear me? Could I have a new fry. He said I don’t know if you’re trying to be a smart ass or not? I said I just want a hot fry? He said oh I’m sorry things are just all over the place here and I thought you were being a smart ass. ?????????? He dropped a new fry, so by the time I had hot fries I had a cold burger 😵‍💫. Terrible service, sub par food.

  Four employees with no one waiting and it still took almost 15 minutes for them to make one burger and fries. In the meantime I was entreated to all the employee store gossip, yelled so loud that the entire restaurant could hear it, including who is the biggest "beech" in the store. I've come to expect this from minimum wage urban employees, but even this was a little much. Food was very average for a $20.00 combo. Won't be back.
