They’re always very nice. They always address me by my first name. They all deserve a raise there is one girl there her name is Keyleigh. (not sure if that’s the correct spelling). She always goes above and beyond to make sure she tells me to have a good day and make sure that my order is right and she hands it to me personally. They all do a great job. Thanks for making my visits hassle free.

Then u can’t even call back bc the phone is off the hook until I actually get here and let them know. The response is ‘my bad we busy’ was only one person in building and everyone standing around. No apology. 1st time fine mistake, 2nd ok it get it. 3 rd is on purpose. This place used to be so great. Sorry five guys, I love your burgers, but I don’t deal with this crappy service anymore.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
