I didn't want to hold the workers at the restaurant up until the last minute since I knew they were closing at 2200. I showed up at 2145ish and they had the food freshly finished and packaged. Perfect timing, and even after the 10-15 minute drive to the office, it was still hot and delicious. El Vaq is not super "authentic" Mexican food, but it is one of the best whitewashed versions in the city with good portion sizes. I had 4 different dinners with different specifications and all of them were made correctly.
