The female on the phone, in the morning on (10/27) cheerfully stated she would make sure it was in my order. Well, they obviously didn’t care about the kind thing he wanted to do so they sent this monstrosity instead. In the attempt to be petty please understand the lack of customer service is so sad. Do better.
