- JJjenniferNov 12, 20251.0I’ve been getting the cookie butter cold foam and cookie bits on my iced coffee for years and have never once been told it would be extra $$ for the cookie bits on top of the up charge I was already paying for the cold foam. Well that was until I came to this Dunkin for my daily fix. I got my disappointing iced coffee without the cookie bits and went to another Dunkin location nearby to get the rest of my drinks and another iced coffee how I wanted it with no hassle. If I lived nearby this location, I would never waste my time here, and it seems like others might feel the same given that this location was so empty it didn’t appear open. Management seriously needs to get that stick up out of… you know where!! I would hate to work here!

Not only did they not make it correctly, but the gentleman that was running the window decided to put the money I would receive back in the tip jar immediately without me saying to do so. I’m a single mother of three and every dollar counts. I felt too intimidated to say anything and frankly I was in shock that anyone would do such a thing. I’m a waitress and I personally feel like anyone that would do that should not be in customer service or working with the public. Thank you.
