  Avoid this location. Must be understaffed or not trained. Went through drive thru to get a coffee. Paid and was asked to pull around and wait. There were 4 other cars waiting in front of us. After a 10 min wait decided to go in. Drink was sitting on the counter getting cold. Employees didn't seem to know what was going on and the coffee bar was a gross mess that hasn't been wiped down in hours.

  I come to this location whenever I'm in the area due to them having truck parking. This morning the team that was working was clearly short staffed. Only three employees yet they worked so well together that they were able to keep up with both lanes of drive-thru and the dining room. Being a former manager of restaurants and bars I would be proud to have these three individuals as employees.

  This this Dunkin donuts has been a great addition to Obetz and they have been making my coffee perfectly. The only feedback I have is in regards to 1 person that works the window at times. Young white girl with straight hair that normally pulls it back needs to work on customer service. Normally no greeting. She will open the window and say "here" or nothing when she hands you your drink. Everyone else is super sweet.

  Today I stopped in and they had closed early due to weather. Although they were ready to finish their tasks before leaving, the staff went above and beyond to help me out in a pinch. Marquia, Jonica, Desiree, and Ilona were absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend stopping in this location!

  People rave about Dunkin’ since I moved here, so I’ve given it several chances, but every time, I leave disappointed. I don’t drink coffee, so I can’t speak on that, but I always order chai or matcha drinks. Unfortunately, they’re never good, and today was my last try. I ordered a hot matcha, and the moment it was handed to me I could tell it wasn’t even filled all the way. This was before I took a sip ... When I did taste it, it was basically hot, green water with foamy stuff. No matcha flavor at all. For almost $6, that’s unacceptable. On top of that, the customer service was subpar, which just made the experience worse. I understand Dunkin’ is popular on the East Coast, but we really need a Dutch Bros out here because this just isn’t it. I’m very disappointed and won’t be coming back.
