- LMLinda MahanFeb 22, 20262.0I miss the last manager. I order decaf coffee, but ask to have them wait until it's fully brewed, so it's not too strong. I avtually have to go into the dtore to make sure ghry fully brew the decaf before givingbit to me. One employee told me "It's literally the same." Another day, they tried to serve me cold brew decaf. Then, was told they didn't have decaf coffee. Very frustrating. I am now taking a different route to work so I can go to another Dunkin.

When I explained that I had ordered it hot, they became upset. I was then given a cup that was only half full. Overall, the customer service was poor and disappointing.
