I rarely drive past this location but had extra time and went out of my way to get there before work on 9/16 6am. I work in HR and always looking for talent. The window woman working the window had less personality than a door knob and was just so rude. I was surprised how I was treated. When she got the food from the person...she scrunched the top of the bag, didn't even look at me with attention back inward and stuck the back out the window without looking. I said thank you and have a nice day. She then turned looked at me expressionless and shut the window. 🤔Maybe she was the reason there was no line. No one wants to deal that sort of treatment to start out there day. Dunkin...from an HR standpoint, I'd encourage moving her off the window or counter. Her personality is suited more for non public contact...or just cut her loose.
