  Came at 8:10 time says it closes at 9, they told me they were closed i asked why if it says they are open till 9 and she said we close at 8:15 i said its not 8:15 yet they said we are getting ready to close so yeah very bad service.....

  Was on the drive thru for 1 singular minute and was asked 5 times “are you ready yet?” Insane experience tbh will not be coming back. Retrain them on some drive thru etiquette.

  This Dunkin closes at 7pm-7:30pm on the regular when they're supposed to close at 9pm...Their excuse is "their system is down, can't take any orders". The employees are nice here & make good drinks for the most part, but I just have a hard time believing your systems are down basically every other day... I now go down the street to the other Dunkin on West Broad bc they're actually open during the regular business hours.

  Bruh I ordered food on my way to work get to work and my order is missing bacon and I asked if there was anything they could do and they said I could come back and get it fixed but that’s extremely unrealistic for a coffee place. You know people are stopping there in the morning during the week on their way to work. Asked them if I could get any money back and they straight hung up on me. Crazy work.

  I genuinely wish I had something positive to say about this Dunkin’, but after multiple visits, the experience has been consistently disappointing. I understand this location isn’t in the most up-and-coming area, but unfortunately the service reflects that in the worst ways possible. Each time I order something as simple as oat milk instead of regular milk, it becomes an ordeal. Today was the final straw. I politely confirmed at the window that my drink had been made with oat milk; the employee asked the person preparing it, who immediately said “yeah, it’s oat milk,” without even checking. The label on the cup clearly stated milk, not oat milk, and the taste confirmed it. Instead of remaking the drink, they handed it to me anyway with whipped cream on top. I had to ask for a fork just to scrape it off myself. Basic details like including a straw or napkins are somehow consistently overlooked. It’s baffling how a team can struggle with such simple, standard tasks. I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but the level of incompetence here is genuinely troubling. When customers are paying for something specific, the bare minimum should be accuracy and effort. Sadly, this location continues to deliver neither.
