- BRBrooke RobinsonFeb 8, 20263.0Hadn’t been to a Dunkin’ Donuts in quite a while, so I wanted to go in to see what donuts they had. Inside was closed, drive-thru only. Drive-through menu has no pictures of what donuts they have so I had to have the person give me the rundown. Picked three kinds, Boston, cream, maple-iced, and glazed chocolate. Open the box and immediately disappointed. You’d think a Boston cream donut from Dunkin’ Donuts/Massachusetts-based company would have primo Boston cream donuts, and there was a lot of cream on the inside but chocolate icing on top was scarce as well as the maple icing on the other donut. Dough was airy and seemed fresh but I can’t see going back anytime soon. Wanted to love them but…

It’s so frustrating to take time to go to the drive through when you’re starving and in a hurry and then be greeted by someone who interrupts you or is just short and rude with you. In the past sometimes the people who work here were nice, but lately they’re honestly just super unpleasant. Like clearly zero customer service training or reinforcement is happening. Don’t worry, you’re not doing me a favor — I’ll happily head down the road and go to sweetwaters instead which has consistently better service.

The donuts were so dry I couldn't believe they were supposed to be fresh. They tasted like the discounted bakery goods you buy from a grocery store. Very disappointed from what I remember previously. Everything else was fine. I was there at like 8am so I thought they would be extra fresh. Quite the opposite.
