  Jaden was very professional and kind. My order came out hot and quick and it was very delicious. I had the honor of witnessing a interaction Jaden had with another customer. This customer was rude, impatient and very hostile. Even my kids were shocked by this elders behavior. Jaden handled it with such grace and kept a smile on his face and carefully explained to customer and walked him through his request. The customer had nasty remarks to say but, Jaden handled the customer so well , I had to stop my meal just to say he did a phenomenal job. Jaden made me feel like there's hope for the retail and mankind in general foe him to be so young he did that. Jaden I can thank u enough for my service with my 3 kids but also having the privilege to witness a young man like yourself in that manner. Job well done 👏

  the food is always good, although I did specify the sauce on the side of my sub. anyhow, we waited in the drive thru for 7 minutes, never was greeted. we went inside and no one came up to us so we had to say something. they said “be with you in one minute.” mind you someone was outback smoking and the other person wasn’t doing anything they couldn’t stop to greet us. my food had been done for 15 minutes so maybe that’s my fault, but in the service industry, you don’t make people wait.

  Always love the friendly staff like the manager, Ebony. Always a good choice for work lunches!

  Two of the workers helped us right at closing time and they did not have too. They were very kind and polite

  I stopped by on my way from a DR appointment and I grabbed a sub. It was fresh and they were very nice there. Great service
