  I don’t usually write negative reviews, but after several disappointing experiences, I feel like I need to share this. Over the last few months, we’ve ordered from this location multiple times, and unfortunately it’s been one issue after another. The first time, I went through the drive-through to pick up a pizza. I sat at the window for several minutes with no one coming to help. I knocked, waved, and could clearly see two employees inside talking. Eventually, someone came over and handed me the food, but it was frustrating to feel completely ignored. Another time, I ordered online for pickup. When I arrived, the drive-through line was wrapped around the building. I decided to park and go inside instead, only to find the front door locked. So I had no choice but to get back in line and wait over 30 minutes just to pick up an order I had already paid for. Last night was what really did it for us. My husband went to pick up our order and again, no one came to the window. He knocked and waved, and after waiting, he actually had to open the window and call inside for someone to help him. When we finally got the pizza home, both of us ended up with food poisoning. I try to be understanding, but after repeated service issues and now getting sick, we won’t be returning to this location.

  Always personal preference when a group of us is deciding where to order from. The crust. The toppings. Everything just flawlessly executed.

  I'm always very satisfied with the service and pizza at the Kenny Rd location. I've done the drive-thru window and counter pickup and staff are always friendly and professional and my orders are always ready on time.

  My wife and I hit the drive thru often. The staff is always friendly and courteous. The food is always hot and fresh. When we dine in the dining room is clean and neat. The manager runs a tight ship! Keep up the great work!

  I'm giving the manager a 5 star review. Brittany is competent, helpful, and professional. Donatos is lucky to have her. She used to manage the Papa John's on Bethel, and that Papas has been a hot mess since she left.
