  I ordered a large Works Pizza, 2 Big Don Italian, and 6pc garlic breadstick. My food took 22 mins over the expected delivery time. My food was COLD! My breadsticks were missing. Donatos outsourced their delivery to DoorDash. When I informed the DoorDash driver about my missing items, he told me he was told he had everything. When I informed him I was missing items again, I was told to contact the store myself to get a refund because he couldn't go back due to Donatos being too busy. I had attempted to contact Donatos several times via phone without success. I'm upset because Donatos needs a better system for how people can report incorrect or missing items from an order. I shouldn't have to drive over to the store to report missing and/or incorrect orders. Also, customers should be compensated for inconveniences. I understand it may get really busy, but you still have to maintain high customer service standards. What's the use of paying for delivery if you have to choose to either drive to get your missing items and wait or just do without them, and hope you get a refund...smh

  Every single time that I ordered from this location they get my order wrong. I do not believe the people know how to read, when an online order is placed and it says no lettuce or tomato on my sub, but it is there! The pizza is always burnt and never cut right. Maybe Donatos management should look harder into this location, and go back to the core values that they say each location has on their website. Not good do not order from this location.

  Was let in by a customer so I could place an order, about 10 degrees outside. Was on foot, no car. Waiting on bus, decided to get food, only donatos was open in that location. Went over and customer let me in, was ask to go out to order at drive Thur window, stood in line in between cars at the window. Absolutely freezing . I considered having it delivered to my house. Did not. Waiting in line , got order, and caught the bus.

  I love this Donatos!! The food is always hot ready and delicious!! The manager Jeremy is very kind and has a very efficient staff.

  This is our local Donatos. Highly recommended. I want to give them credit for an amazing turnaround. 12 months ago the atmosphere was many times rushed, disorganized and frantic. We had a really poor experience but the company stepped up. They corrected all the issues. We order regularly from this location and NOW it is a completely different experience. The associates that help us have ALL been professional, very friendly and customer-oriented. Our orders are accurate and well-prepared. Happy to have this business in our community. Thank you and keep up the great service.
