  I love the way that William helps us he makes us want to come back!!!!! every time we order. We feel welcomed and are greeted properly ,and with a smile! He is Such a polite respectful young man. On top of being a cutie always keeping things very professional. Always offering plates and napkins We order multiple times a month for Saturday nights and not once have we had 1 single issue our food is always made to profection its ready at the pickup time we are given and its always hot. We will continue our business with this location because of the person making the food actually makes sure its done correctly....We only order when he is on shift due to past experiences With the lady that left us sitting at the window for 20 minutes before even acknowledging us Something about the bell not ringing but not even an apology from her then when she took my order she rung me up for things I didn't even order and the wrong pizza thank God while we were sitting there the Manager Will pulled up. He assisted us the rest of the way and corrected everything. We litterallly sat there for 30 minutes waiting for our food after we ordered before he arrived. He handled everything in less then 15 and that was remaking the correct items, As well as helping his team and fixing other mistakes from what we could see.. your location needs more people like him!!! I'm not sure that lady's name but she needs some serious training and needs to learn some social skills...

  My pizza i got tonight was burnt. There was hardly any sauce on it and it tasted horrible. Very very disappointed and I will be driving to my other pizza place to get pizza from now on. Donatos has really gone down the tube lately with their pizzas. Which is sad cause we used to get it all the time ever since my dad worked for them many years ago.
