Feels pretty crappy to be told for all the inconvenience you'll get your money back...just to not have it happen. I'd of rather been told I'm not getting a refund🤦♀️) Original review.... Unfortunately the driver from doordash that delivered our food delivered the wrong food but we called and Christiana was extremely sweet and helpful and remade our order and I went to pick it up and she and Will both handled everything so amazing. Even with the mishap, it wasn't their fault and they took care of everything. I really appreciate them!

This location is not interested in quality, great service, or the condition of the food on arrival. There are a ton of other pizza spots that deliver on quality and customer service, please spend your money there. If you are an absolute Donatos fan like I used to be visit a location that remembers the importance of delivering a good customer experience every time. Again, horrible location. Choose a spot that values its customers in this tough economic climate.
