  I ordered a Margarita Pizza, which only has three main items on it -- cheese, tomato slices, and balsamic drizzle. For the fifth time, I received no balsamic on my pizza. How is it possible for anyone to forget one of three ingredients on a pizza? The real kicker - I actually checked the box for extra balsamic. Very disappointing.

  I ordered twice in one week and I ordered 2 two liters and ordered delivery.. both times I was only given one when I paid for two. Called the store and the girl who answered was rude and said I don't know if someone will deliver just one two liter.. they also put you on hold for very long.. needless to say they need a whole new staff

  DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. RUDE EMPLOYEES! I have never been treated so bad picking up an order. I arrived and the guy behind the counter said they were getting my sub. He left to deliver pizzas. 10 minutes go by and still no sub. Every employee was in the back corner talking, swearing, and one eating a snickers ice cream bar. I've had to yell back to them and ask about the sub. It wasn't even made yet. Some more time past and finally they made the sub, waited another 7-8 minutes. Finally got the sub, the girl eating the snickers ice cream bar yelled "say something else, say something else!" Then the rest of the employees started laughing. This is what happens when you have rude people working. They didn't care at all about my order. I was doordashing at the time. I informed the customer of their behavior i encountered with this place. There was no manager on site. I belive he was the one delivering the pizza. Just over all experience was horrible. I am always nice and never rude to staff. I even apologized to the one young lady that I didn't want to come off rude but I have been standing here awhile. She said it's ok it's loud back there. I very highly doubt this complaint will do any good. But now you know how they treat delivery drivers. Everyone who orders from them are paying their wages. Without customers, they'd have no job at all. MAKE YOUR EMPLOYEES DO BETTER. You're going to lose business with your rude employees.

  When I get the chicken harvest salad without chicken extra vetlgetables. It should be just as full as if it is a chicken salad please

  The young lady answering the phone lied about my delivery order . Placed my order at 4:05pm today 12/02/2025 never received any information to track my order when i called and spoke to the young not so smart lady she seen the driver from door dash and states the driver is on the way on a street with a curve . Right now it's 5:32 still yet to received my order and now she won't answer the phone at the location on brice rd . I will be calling corporate tomorrow.
