    I placed an order with an AI. The order appeared to go through successfully - the AI did not mention any problems processing payment, delivery address, etcetera; everything appeared to be successful. Waited about an hour and called back to talk to a human because there still was no sign of pizza... the order doesn't exist. It's bad enough AI is hallucinating the answers to things - now it's hallucinating that an order has been processed? It did not say anything about the store not having a delivery driver, it did not say anything about the order being unsuccessful; for all intents, the order just... Disappeared as though it was never placed. And then the manager hung up on me. Do Not Order From Here.

    The pizza was alright but I had to pull three bright red hairs out of my mouth which was absolutely disgusting

    That was the best tasting pizza that I ever had. The taste was unbelievable outstanding. The temp of the pizza was perfect when I picked it up. I was just passing through on my way to Colorado Springs, CO. My mom picked me up at truck stop. I am so glad she told me about Donatos on S High St.

    The check out guy told me I still owed $6 on my on line order. I gave him another card to use as I was sick and really just wanted to get my pizza and go home. Got home and realized that the guy lied and stole $6 from me. I will not be returning.
