  So I mistakenly ordered through the app at this location. When I got to the location I thought I ordered through i realized I didn't order to the store. I saw that I ordered through this location. I did not have time to order to where I was or to call at this location to cancel my order because I had to get to my other job. Well I received a call from this location and she claimed she tried calling me two other times. I looked at my call log and I only received one call from this location and that is the one I answered. She rudely told if that happens again I should call because it affects food costs and then suddenly hung up on me. This was very bad customer service. Whoever I spoke needs some serious customer service lessons. I will definitely not recommend this Donatos location to anyone especially because the way I was talked to. She needs to be fired. So I have added my call log to show that I received only one call from that location not what she said the tried contacting me two other times.

  My husband ordered a pizza and breadsticks through the website for the Bethel location, once the food arrived it was NOT our order at all. I called the driver who dropped it off to see if he had another order with him and accidentally gave us the wrong one, but he stated that he tried to confirm at the restaurant there were two items in the order and the person working told him “no that’s right and it’s correct” so he took it. I then called the restaurant and explained the situation (pretty calmly considering how HANGRY I was at this point) and the man working stated he couldn’t refund the order since it was picked up by DoorDash ( we didn’t order through DD, we ordered on the Donatos website) and insisted on giving us a $30 credit for future orders or we could come pick it up and he’d remake it since he felt bad (the order we got won’t get eaten since we like none of the toppings) It was 11pm and we ordered delivery for a reason! This was my first ever experience with Donatos and it will certainly be my last.
