The automatic recording For placing orders is ridiculous. It takes too long to place a order and then she repeats herself. Can we get back people answering the phones and taking orders because the answering machine is not doing it.

I ordered not knowing it put me at this pick up location instead of my usual (Airpointe). I went to my usual store and found out my order was at Oakland Park. I picked up my food and once I got home. There was slices missing out my box on one of my pizzas. NEVER AGAIN TRIFLING HUNGRY MOFOS 😡🤬

Every day for 3 weeks straight I have ordered 2 side salads and a cup for water for my lunch break. The total each day is $10.79 after tip. Today I went in for the same order and the price was over $13 before tip because the cashier was charging me more than $3 for a fountain drink. I tried to explain that I only wanted a cup for water and she said that was a fountain drink. I told her I was given it each day, and she said “oh, you want a fountain drink for free”. I can’t believe the poor service in this restaurant, and the rudeness that an everyday customer is treated with. I guess the $50+ per week ($200 + per month) is not worth the cup of water.

I normally wouldnt do this but just to make someone aware..I ordered a pizza online at 150 pm and was told to pick it up at 210 pm..ok that should have been my first clue..but I go pick it up the girl at window is super nice have no problems..I get it home and go to eat a piece and the middle of the pizza is RAW..I mean flour raw..look I understand things get missed. but when your telling people their pizza is ready in 15 min and thats including receiving the order online and prepping the food, your obviously not cooking your pizza long enough. That can make people sick guys seriously. that pizza was chewy, and left a flour taste in my mouth because it was so undercooked. This was the second time in the last month and a half that this happened at this location. I will no longer be buying donatos pizza. That was just horrible..this is not meant to be mean, I just need you to be aware that that kind of undercooked food can make someone who is flour sensitive or tummy sensitive sick. Use this as a teachable moment folks, pay attention to what your doing and cook your food all the way through..!!
