  Meatball side was extremely overcooked. Cheese was very dark with almost no sauce. The meatballs tasted ok but the cheese was inedible. If there had been adequate sauce I would have eaten with no complaints

  We order from here about 4 times a month. Sometimes more. So I called today to see if they'd make a delivery exception and deliver to me without using door dash. They told since I'm about 13 houses outside of delivery range they can't deliver to me. Sucks cause I'm stuck at home with a bunch of kids and I'm a regular to this store. Which is easy for them to see considering I always login to my account when ordering to get points. Well today I decided I'm no longer a donatos customer. Thanks anyways. Always loved donatos especially even more after meeting Jim Grote himself when he debuted some meat slicing machines at a company I worked for back in my younger days. Anyways adios donatos.

  I normally don't write positive reviews, but I have to commend the guys at this Donatos. I order on Fridays, the busiest time, and our pizzas always come out perfect, burnt edges and all! Great service and a hot pizza.

  DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION THE STAFF REFUSES TO ANSWER THE PHONE DIRECTLY, AND THE DELIVERY DRIVER SHOWED UP HIGH AS HELL WITHOUT THE COMPLETE ORDER!!! TRIED CALLING THE STORE 3 TIMES TO GET A PARTIAL REFUND AND GOT HUNG UP ON ALL 3 TIMES!!! THE MANAGEMENT, AND STAFF HERE SHOULD BE TERMINATED AND THE STORE RESTAFFED!!! THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED WITH THIS LOCATION

  Food is always great. However the wait in the pick-up line is ridiculous. I don't know what they allow customers to do at the window but it should be for pick up only. There is no reason to wait 20 minutes for 3 cars. Give your info, get the food, even if they're placing an order it still makes no sense for the wait. No waiting at the window. Make them park.
