This location sucks. Always messing up something. Sometimes they forget to slice the pizza. Sometimes they don't slice deep enough and you'll have to recut at home. Today they forgot to seasoned their pepperoni pizza, something was off. Tasted very bland. Donatos is my favorite pizza franchise, it was not good. When I picked up my order through the pick-up window, the employee had my order and he instead turn around and had a 2 min conversation with one of the other employee. That conversation could had waited after you gave me my order. Sitting in the car looking through the window while they give zero care. I love Donatos but this location is trash. This location is very close to me but I think I will drive the extra distance to somewhere else from now on.

This was hands down the worst delivery experience I have ever had.
I ordered online using rewards and a coupon something I've done countless times before. My email receipt confirmed the total was $9.37 I planned on paying with cash and big tip since the roads were bad and it was freezing out . The driver, Brenda, arrived 20 minutes late and demanded $31. When I showed her my receipt, she refused to give me the food. I called the store immediately to pay the difference by card just to get my dinner. Brenda said she would wait in her car, but instead, she drove off with my food while I was on the phone.
I spoke to the manager, Trish, who said she couldn't change the error online but if I payed the full price she would have her driver turn around so i paid the full $31 over the phone. Trish put me on hold and called her driver but her driver didn't answer she then promised to either have the driver come straight back once she returnec to the store and if the food was too cold by the time she got back she'd remake the food fresh and have it sent directly to me by one of her drivers. Over an hour later, I got a notification that DoorDash was bringing the order. I called the store to cancel because at this point it's been such a nightmare that I wasnt in the mood for it anymore but just like a nightmare it found a way to get worse .An employee named Tyler answered. When I asked for a refund, he put the phone down off the hook (not on mute) to "get a manager." He left me there for over an hour. I could hear the staff in the background talking, ignoring the phone, and refusing to pick it back up.
While Tyler left me on the open line, a Dasher arrived. He walked up to my door no heat bag to hold my food in, didn't knock, dropped the food directly in the snow (it is 0° outside), and walked away. I tried to flag him down to ask why he didn't knock, but he ignored me. They forgot my salad.
The receipt was torn in half (hiding the order details). It was the same food from hours ago. They never remade it. It was stone cold.
After listening to the staff ignore the phone for nearly an hour, Trish finally picked up. She refused to refund me, claiming that because she dispatched a Dasher, I had to get a refund from DoorDash. This makes zero sense. I paid Donatos directly over the phone. DoorDash doesn't have my payment information. She essentially stole my money and pawned me off to a third party that couldn't help me.
When I asked for names to contact corporate, I heard them whispering angrily in the background. She gave me their names—Trish, Tyler, and Brenda—and then hung up on me.
Avoid this location at all costs. They will overcharge you, deliver cold food, leave the phone off the hook, and refuse to take accountability.

The Donatos on Thurman has been there for 48 years that I remember. I would go here at 14 to get pizza, you could smell it up the block. It was more family friendly back then, with seating, but still has great service, and oh that wonderful smell takes me back to 14 again. I visit every time I'm in Columbus.
