They said they'd add $15 credit to my account (have to call in to get the credit, but they'd never answer the phone for me to place an order). Later, we ordered a different pizza online and paid extra for the banana peppers. Nobody answers at night, so I called in the next day to get a $2 credit added to my account for the missing banana peppers. So at this point, I have $17 credit on my account. The next time I went to call in to order, they told me they couldn't help me because I was calling from my phone number instead of my wife's which is attached to the account. I grabbed her phone, and I called back immediately. Nobody answered the phone. I drove to the place with the phone ringing the entire time. I walked in the building and the phone was still ringing. At this point, the phone had been ringing over 12 minutes. I walk in the building to talk to the shift manager who said she was told by the owner or upper management not to honor the credits. I used to order Domino's about once a week, sometimes more, but I've stopped ever since.
