We picked up but when got home realized that one of the pizzas was not at all what we ordered. I immediately called and Andy picked up fairly quickly. I explained that my wife is a vegetarian and the mistaken pizza had meat. He was so respectful and immediately wanted to make it right. He even tried to offer extras as a way of apologizing which we declined since felt it was a simple mistake. Less than 30 minutes later our pizza was delivered and he threw in the some cinnamon bread bites…which were amazing. Genuinely so impressed with Andy and how very genuine and just plain pleasant he was to speak with. Well done and if his manager happens to see this, know that he has a lot of potential so hold on to him.
