We order it through the app and then get a free pizza due to how long it takes to get it. We ordered what we usually do minus the bread sticks. 1 Memphis bbq chicken pizza and a Wisconsin cheese pizza. They both seemed to be the same. The bbq pizza had NO BBQ sauce, chicken, bacon, or onions. LITTERALLY just cheese! The other was just cheese. But you can’t complain to the store because all they can do is get you ANOTHER free pizza. I want what I ordered and paid for. This place seems way to busy and understaffed or the workers just don’t give a damn. It’s so over priced for not getting what you ordered.

I went to pick it up and they tried to say I didn’t have an order and then question if it was placed at the right store. They were shown the app showing the order and that the order was ready they agreed to make my food. What the point of ordering online if ya have to tell them what ya want. Now the other food is going to be cold: this place is hit or miss if they ave good service. I guess it’s time to take a break from this location again.

They messed my pizza up before they credit me money which was nice but then I go to reorder in then they make my pizza thin crust didn’t even asked if I wanted thin or thick like when I order it’s always thick never been had this problem. Then I ask for Alfredo sauce legit the smallest amount can’t even taste it an i appreciate them trying which again they need more staff stop being cheap with yall location in hire more staff!!! Them to top it off with they never answer the phone !!! I’ve been ordered dominos the last month in a half at least like 8 times an it’s just always soemthint with yall frl !!! This location specifically only three times … She asked if she could fix anything respectfully she did try to accommodate me but honestly I’m just over even ordering amongst yall food chain in its self .
