  Everything here is absolutely amazing. From the food, the staff, the games. Second time we've came here to celebrate one of our boys birthday and will definitely be come for more! Jaz our server, I will forever ask for her as long as she works here. Will definitely be back!

  Everything always go so good and smooth here, have had 2 birthdays and both were amazing, our server jaz was awesome and couldnt have done her job any better, forsure will be back

  My family went for some food and fun for my nephews birthday, on a Sunday afternoon. This place was out of EVERYTHING. No creamer for coffee (which was served to me old and cold), no chicken fingers, no chicken sandwiches, and the food we were able to order, took an hour to get to our tables. Then we had a playing card issue. The server had to exchange the card 4 times before we got a card that actually worked/was loaded correctly. After a bit, my sister asked a server/host (who was sitting in a chair, reading a book) if they could help get her a hlass of water.... They straight up said NO, GO TO THE BAR, without even looking up from the book. We had a party of 15 so gratuity was added in automaticly, which the service did not deserve. We will not be going back to this location.

  Im highly disappointed with my experience at this location. Me and the wife came to this location for a celebration but we couldn't enjoy anything. Our waitress Kayakatona brought us our $15 alcohol drinks that had no alcohol in it first, brought us cold entrées with no silverwares 2ndly, brought our appetizer last and it was definitely hard to find her. Random staff came by the table to ask if we needed anything. Me and the wife was really hungry decided to eat the food anyway but my wife couldn't finish it because it was cold, we was ready to go after our first bite. The experience made us upset because we paid for something and didn't get the experience we should've had

  I made the mistake of trying to buy a drink at a location that sells alcohol to adults without properly making sure my bartender had a good last day of school 8 years ago. Oops. Anyway, I was denied service (after already being served by another bartender) because my ID didn't meet her rigorous test of my ID not being my ID at all, no no! For you see, I was given a fools errand; an impossible task. Nothing, and I do mean nothing in my entire life could give me the strength to look at this person looking at my hairline acting like I'm not 21+ and tell me to "have a nice night" after denying my second drink. Like dude?
