I loved to see a local Dairy Queen but I've been through the drive-thru two times and they have messed up my order both times but instead of making a big deal about the incorrect order I rolled with the punches. This last visit was incorrect again but I moved pasted it. However I can't believe that in the last visit they were aware of their mistake but when I ordered two cups of ranch they insisted on charging me a dollar for them. Now normally that's not a problem but when they acknowledge they make a mistake I can't believe they are unwilling to give 2 small containers of ranch dressing for free due to the experience I had both times that I've been there. I also think they should do a bit of cleaning on the outside of the store and make their parking area for costumers only. It's crazy to have to wait to pull out because of the groups of people with no consideration walking across the street at a very dirty looking garage of some sort. I usually try to post positive things about the places I go but so far there aren't any to post. Just my opinion 🤷♀️
