Why am I waiting 20 minutes for COLD food you think after they had time to raise the chicken in the back it would at least be hot and fresh. Terrible.

The employee microwaved the sandwich with tarter sauce on it. Disgusting. I asked for my food to be on a tray because I want to dine in. The employee informed me they stop giving out tray because of Covid. This is 2025! If this is the case remove all chairs and tables. Horrible service and experience. Never ever going to that location again.
