  Really disappointed with my experience here. They forgot half of my order, which was frustrating enough, but what made it worse was how it was handled. When I called to let them know, the manager was completely unwilling to help or offer any kind of solution. No apology, no effort to fix it — just poor customer service all around. Mistakes happen, but how you handle them matters, and this place clearly doesn’t care. I have two kids who didn’t have meals for dinner. I won’t be coming back.

  Make sure you go when the manager Amber is working, because you might only receive half of your order. My double cheeseburger was missing the patties, and the food we did receive was cold. On top of that, they completely forgot our drink, and when we finally got it, it was warm. Amber didn’t apologize even once. Instead, all she kept saying was, ‘That wouldn’t have happened,’ rather than taking responsibility or fixing the issue. When we asked for a refund, she refused and said she would just ‘write down’ our name so we could come back later for a replacement — as if I’d want to return to a place where I have to remind employees how to do their job. Completely unacceptable service

  Always a great stop for comfort food. Deluxe stackburger is on point. The staff is friendly and quick with orders. Very reliable especially when it comes to other fast food places. Wish the bathrooms were a little cleaner but they are still passable. Overall, still a solid place for a quick meal.

  Wish I could give 0 stars, when I arrived there was 1 car in front of me...waited 5 minutes sitting at the speaker to even order and then 20 minutes at the window for my food...which was cold. Why am I waiting 20 minutes for COLD food you think after they had time to raise the chicken in the back it would at least be hot and fresh. Terrible.
