- CFC F6 days ago1.0I don’t usually write negative reviews but if you have any sort of allergy I would AVOID this location/restaurant. This use to be one of my go-tos as a celiac but even after my last order where I stated clearly that it was an allergy and prevent cross contamination- they boxed multiple people’s food together WITH that allergy that would have made me severely sick for weeks. Looking at other recent reviews- it looks like this is a new trend. Please do better and not put your patrons health at risk. We will not be returning and unfortunately they will be losing a large amount of business we gave them

From our host to our server the people were great. The decor inside was nice but not authentic mexican, almost like a midwest/Mex fusion if that makes any sense. Graffiti style artwork that remotely resembles a Hispanic/Mexico style but is unique in a way I've never seen. All on all the place was looking good and the vibe inside was upbeat and inviting. Our server was great and we started with drinks. I asked for a Paloma but they didn't have grapefruit juice so I had a house margarita that was kinda margarita. Didn't taste bad just didn't taste right. I took a look at the tequila list and realized they didn't have any real top shelf tequila, they had plenty of popular brands but not the truly good stuff. Thats fine, maybe there's no demand. Then to the food. We ordered the pick 3 queso dip. Out of our 3 choices 1 was edible. The chorizo didn't even resemble chorizo. Tasted like nutmeg and cheese. The other one, forgot the name, was taco bell fire sauce and cheese. On to the main. The tacos all looked great so I figured I'll try a shrimp taco and then follow it up with a carne asada burrito. We'll Ilove spicy food but WOW this was border line inedible. The two people I was with couldn't eat their meal. Now I get it, it's Hispanic and it's supposed to be spicy but come on, how about a little insight from the server. Besides being spicy it wasn't tasty either. Without rambling on let's just say with a little help in the kitchen this place could be a home run but it's a strike out.
