- KBkylee bullockOct 5, 20251.0i became a rewards member and the app let me apply a free guacamole for signing up! however the free guacamole didn’t appear on the bag when i went to go pick up my mobile order. i double checked to make sure the guacamole was in there and it wasn’t so i went back to the pick up window and told them i was missing my guac and the girl at the window asked to see my bag and said it didn’t have the guac on it which is valid however she was being very rude and i offered to show her my free reward then she said, “it’s fine just so you know it’s not on the bag” and once again i get it, but she said it in an extremely rude way. i have picture proof of the reward applied! chipotle either fix your computer system or your employees attitudes! create an environment for employees so they are happy working for you or else they’ll put their negativity on customers. managers really make or break a place.
