I used to order mobile pickup and they reduced the portion, so, I began to go inside (every few months) Now, today, I go in, order a bowl to go, they give very little meat, so I ask for a little more. I also got cheese and guacamole, of which, they only gave about a half scoop this time. Then I wanted to try the red chimichurri, they gave a small container. I also got a large chips and queso. Upon checkout, I was charged for double meat, the chimichurri sauce and of course the guac. My bill came to $25.45. I didn’t order double meat and if they were going to charge me for it, should have actually given double or communicated with me. Had I known I was going to be charged for the sauce, I wouldn’t have got it because I don’t even know if I like it. Furthermore, upon opening my chips, about half of them are wet and undercooked. To pay almost $26 for “fast food”, it is only fair to be charged for something edible and a decent quantity. I’ll not visit this location again and won’t recommend to anyone either.
