- HGHolly GilbertDec 3, 20251.0I went into this chipotle today for my usual 2 chicken tacos with a side of sour cream and green salsa. I’m over there prob 3 times a week as it’s in my work plaza. The rude older lady working the register was already having issues I saw with another customer needing a refund when I came int restaurant and her telling her she had to come back when a manager was on. I get up to check out and I said I have a free quac and would like to buy chips. She kept charging me for everything an said chips couldn’t be sold separately and I had to pay for my side of green salsa in which I was getting for my tacos just didn’t want it poured on my tacos. She rang up my meal prob 4 times started yelling at me telling me I’m wrong when I was wasn’t. I should have been charged for 2 tacos and a bag of chips but she kept telling me 11.15 and that wasn’t right. I had a free quac on my app that was still good. I left with my 2 gross tacos with no sides no chips bc the lady was so rude. Remind you I’m a regular customer there and I never have an issue checking out when the younger kids are there. I’m completely turned off from that place and their treatment now. The gentlemen who was making my food was wonderful however the lady who was giving everyone it seemed a hard time made my visit very untasteful.
