Wait times are exceptionally long when food is ordered through a service such as DoorDash. The problem is not on DoorDash‘s end, but the restaurant takes much longer to prepare the food than the estimated time. Our last order was 40 minutes behind.

As can be seen in the photo provided, Chiptole claims to be offering “buy one burrito get one entree free up to “FIVE TIMES” per transactions.” My girlfriend and I payed for 1 burrito and one entree each in a single transaction. we were charged with the expected two burritos AND one entree. After paying and receiving our receipt, we realized that Chiptole had failed to honor the stated deal. Upon confronting the cashier, we were told “that deal only applies if you pay separately.” I am giving this location 1 star because not only did they fail to honor the deal, but the staff KNEW that we wanted the deal and only informed us of the specifics after the transaction. If I personally were the cashier in that situation, I would explain that the deal only applies for separate transactions BEFORE I saw people waste their money. Just inconsiderate
