  Worst Chipotle i have ever been to. It was 4:30 pm on 1-9-26. First the worker had very long dreds hanging down in his face and almost touching the food. He proceeded to throw my food in the bowl and make more of a mess on the counter than there already was. I looked at what I wanted to add to my bowl and he said to me in a very angry tone I need to focus on one section at a time. I thought all the food was for sale in the reasturant. I said to him I didn't appreciate his anger and started to raise his voice and said look at one side at a time. The heavy set guy I assume was the manager decided to be disrespectful right alone with the guy with the dreds. They both used curse words in front of other customers. My wife and I started to check out and the girl at the register had and attitude from the beginning but she got highly upset because we told her she charged up twice. The customer in front of us said she forgot his chips and salsa so she snatched his chips squeezed them until they were crushed and them shoved them into his bag. I could tell you the rest but it will take all night. And from the looks of the place and the employees Noone will care. Never will we eat there again. If it wa free it still wouldn't be worth it.

  Poor customer service at this location.. me and my husband went in this evening and the guy with the braids that should have them in a hair net was talking smart to customers then the cook came out the kitchen what’s the problem.. even the cashier was rude will never eat at this location again. We should have left after the way the dining room area was dirty and trash in the floor. It’s a damn shame that customers don’t get respect. Who ever runs this place needs to get there people together because this is not acceptable in any establishment.

  The server lauren charged me for the wrong meal, then was extremely rude when confronted. None of the meat was prepared and the line had to wait. Fajitas and corn were empty and staff did not want to replace them. Terrible experience and worst chipotle

  This chipotle is a struggle. You will wait forever for a pick up order that was promised 20 mins prior. The place is a mess. I blame corporate 100%. greedy. Will never return to this location and will be hard pressed to go to any chipotle again

  Literally the worst chipotle I ever been. Customers waiting to pick up food sitting around waiting for 20 minutes while one white guy is the only one working. Race got nothing to do with it I’m just describing but black guys in the back just standing around looking like they doing nothing. One other person sweeping. Meanwhile multiple orders need to be filled I asked about mine and the one white dude said he would get it in a sec seems like everyone else expects him to do all the work while they screw around. Lady before me been sitting for least 20 minutes now she was sitting waiting when I got there. My food gonna be at least another 15 minutes at this rate. Worst experience ever. Please fire all these people except the white boy on shift right now. They all see us here waiting and choosing to not talk to customers. I haven’t yelled at anyone or anything I’m just waiting patiently while I wait forever for this food. Time is 3:28 pm on Sunday November 16. Never mind update on the white boy he said I was next and then started working on other orders. Fire them all. They have attitudes now after I said something again. Now 6 people have gone through the line before mine was even touched. Never coming back.
