  Whoever was working the register tonight and the side counter for mobile orders were both very dismissive and rude. I asked for simple spoon because they ran out and they both just gave very dismissive response.. the girl at the main register seemed annoyed when I asked her after asking the lady on the side.

  It's a Chipotle. I've never eaten inside, just picked up online orders, which have been satisfactory.

  Went in for a Steak burrito and they said, they don't have any steak cooked, so I asked how long until you do? They said we're NOT going to cook any because it sits out and dries up..

  Stole a bowl of food from me. Came in ordered 2 bowls, 2 chips and a fountain drink. They bagged it up while I paid, handed me the bag saying be careful it’s heavy. Thought it was lazy they didn’t just give me 2 bags. Got home only one of my bowls was in the bag. No idea what happened to the other one it was not on the counter, so no idea who they gave it to

  I live not far from this Chipotle. I've gone at all times of the day. Early lunch, late lunch, early dinner, late dinner. When it's busy and when it's completely dead. It doesn't matter, they're always out of a core ingredient... I could understand if you had to wait occasionally for a few minutes while the cooking wraps up, or they need to cut the meat, or mix the rice, but virtually every time I ask "are you out of anything" they check and the answer is yes (typically steak or rice) and it's the first time the cook in the back is made aware... The workers here DO NOT coordinate well. There's typically 4-6 people putting together orders and there's always only one cook trying to keep up. I go roughly once per week and 9/10 times they are out of steak or white rice... Last thing I'll say, they also NEVER trim the fat off a steak. They just cut and toss it all in. Some meals I've had are more fat than steak... I've been to other chipotle's before that are MUCH busier and they operate way better than this location. They need to have corporate quality control come in and teach these folks how to work together.
