I understand they are downtown and it gets crowded but what is the excuse when it is light? The food is never on time when you preorder, almost no food in your order, music is so loud you can't eat in, so many other problems with this location. Avoid at all costs.

I just spent $12 for a bowl I couldn't eat. I had to scrape the toppings and meat off to eat something before my shift. I tried to call but it doesn't give an option to tell anyone which means the person behind me got the same thing. The company needs to fix that issue because it was already too late for me to walk back up there and tell them I'm person.
