I placed an online order to be picked up at 10:50am and when I arrived to the restaurant, nothing was prepared, all 5 workers were standing behind the line not doing anything or acknowledging anyone. People were being served before me, no big deal. Another online order picked up, but again, I hadn't been acknowledged so I thought maybe I ordered to the wrong restaurant. Finally, 7 minutes late, my order was brought out. I'm on my 30 minute lunch, no one's problem but mine, but as I was leaving the restaurant I checked my (Apple) watch because it vibrated. The unprofessional as hell manager with all the face tattoos SHOUTED at me from across the restaurant, "it's four minutes late! It's only 4 minutes late!!!" You work at Chipotle so I get math isn't your strong suit...but it was actually 7 minutes because I can be petty too. ;) Don't spend your $2 tip in one place, friend!!!!

Recommend employees check which syrup is hooked up to the machine. Also, used the restroom while there, and there were no paper towels to dry your hands.

I picked chicken for protein and it happened to be the last scrap in the container, they ran out. The amount of chicken in my bowl was tiny compared to other people that picked steaks, I felt cheated. I expressed this but the girl at the counter just look at me with an empty stare. The place is dirty, stale, just not a place to sit and eat. When I got home, after heating my rice up in the microwave, it was still not done. It was dried, the center of the rice was crunchy, definitely was under cooked. How disappointing!
- ECElijah CeledonOct 29, 20251.0The most unprofessional chipotle I’ve ever been too, people were rude and had attitudes, waited 20min just for steak to come out just for it to be nasty, register lady’s didn’t pay no mind to customers they were too busy talking to “friends” that didn’t even work there but were behind the counters, and to top it off ALL the eating tables were gross. Overall worst chipotle I’ve been too.
