The rice has too much lemon but that’s not my problem, there’s a cashier girl working with her headphone on and doesn’t talk at all with the most unwelcoming face. And there was a problem with the drink fountain and one lady bought a drink and it didn’t work so she called her and she said idk and left. Chipotle needs to do better with there employees pls. SPECIALLY THE ONE THATS WORKING IN FRONT SHE MADE LIKE 5 people mad.

This place is an absolute joke, every time i come, they run out of chicken, they run out of white rice, or they run out of beans, just never prepared to serve the next person. I stopped in and wanted an ordered queso, the agent wanted to charge me twice for the queso, i advised agent you did not put queso on my bowl. I asked to speak with the manager and he started spouting corporate policy and how the store was set up. I said never mind i will just complain to the BBB Joseph stated please do so. and the lady at the register name Matilda was not helpful as well rude, arrogant and not pleasant to a diverse population. they should have a better attitude, i am there every Friday for my grandkids, Sorry but customer service is paramount in today’s world. He obviously doesn’t understand that. Won’t be going back.
