- HHHim HerOct 6, 20251.0I gave this location three tries before leaving a review. The first time I had went in about 6pm on a Wednesday and most of the food containers were completely empty. I asked for chicken and was told they were out of everything unless I saw it out already. Said they were closing soon (10pm is their closing time) I ended up leaving. The second time I placed an online order for pickup. Didn’t wait long but the food was practically inedible. Had no taste, everything was bland. The beans and rice were crunchy and the chips were stale. This last time I again placed an online order for pickup and waited 45 minutes in the drive thru line to get my order. There is no way to cancel the order or to call inside the store (I was going to ask if I could come inside to pick up). So I had to wait. Finally got my food home (I only live about 2 miles from this location) and everything was cold. You could tell it had sat for a long while. And again completely bland and tasteless. I’ve never experienced such slow service or employees who just do not care. I honestly didn’t see 1 adult worker any of the times I’ve been. There also weren’t any customers in the dining room which says a lot about the atmosphere of the place. It didn’t used to be like this. This location used to be one of my favorites. It’s just gone seriously downhill the last year or so.
