  Will never come to this location again. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT order online from this location. They give what they want you to have not what you actually ordered. I ask for hard shell tacos and instead of telling me they are out they just stuff soggy soft shell tacos in foil and throw them in the bag. If they get the hard shell right they throw all the toppings on top so that it’s instantly soggy and you have to throw it away and just eat the toppings. I ordered a protein chicken cup and instead of saying they were out of cups to give me the correct portion they just tossed some chicken in a small queso cup and gave it to me. I ordered a hard shell steak taco and they just gave me barbacoa slopped on a soggy shell. $9 bucks just wasted. They need to retrain their entire staff and focus on customer service. Never again for me.

  Not only did someone else pick up my order after I had been fasting all day they proceeded to give me low portions on everything. The cashier was very sweet but the lady who I believe was the manager didn’t apologize when giving me my food and seemed to have an attitude. I advise going to the one by the high-school or going inside to order

  I ordered food yesterday 02/07/2026 to pick up thru the drive thru. The person in front of me was waiting for 30 minutes or more. After 30 minutes it was my turn to pick up and the the two ladies that were there were talking and laughing and didn’t even have my order ready 40 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready. I waited 20 minutes at the window with them not checking on me just talking and messing around. When the lady finally noticed I was there she asked me for my name and left for another 10 minutes and when she came back she gave me the order that was already there. WHAT DID SHE LEAVE FOR? Who knows. Why should anyone have to be waiting for 20-40 minutes while the worker are talking and messing around. Check the cameras. This type of service is unacceptable.

  This chipotle location has severely went down hill. The staff at this location is so lazy. The amount of times we have gone in to get food we have seen countless people walk out because the staff goofs off and is never actually having any food prepped in ready to go. We went at 3:30pm which is not a prime time and still ran into the same issues. Needless to say this is the last time we walk in this location.
