  This was, without question, one of the worst catering experiences I’ve ever had with any restaurant—let alone a national chain like Chipotle. My order was supposed to be ready at 5:30 PM, but it wasn’t finished until 6:45 PM. That’s not a small delay—that’s over an hour past the promised time, and it completely wrecked the timeline of my event. And as if the massive delay wasn’t bad enough, the chips were stale. Not just slightly off—stale to the point of being unusable. For a catering order that was already embarrassingly late, serving food in that condition is just unacceptable. What really pushed this experience from frustrating to infuriating was the total lack of responsibility from the staff. No apology, no explanation, no urgency—nothing. It genuinely felt like they didn’t care at all about the fact that their failure directly impacted an entire group of people waiting on this order. I rely on catering to be accurate, on time, and edible, and this location failed on every single one of those basic expectations. I won’t be ordering from this Chipotle again, and I’d strongly recommend others think twice before trusting them with anything time-sensitive.

  The good for some reason was salty this time, and the young lady making my bowl has an attitude because I wanted to wait for corn. Once it was available she was speaking the containers on the counter huffing and puffing her breath while making growl sounds as if I did it said something wrong for what I was ordering and paying for as if it irritated her that I wanted corn on my bowl that she didn't feel like getting cause it was out & I should've just by passed what I wanted in my bowl... The nerve!! The counter space was sorry with sour cream and food so over it in her area. This location was just unpleasant this time around...

  Staff don't pay attention. Every time I asked for something, they almost put the wrong item on my order. I know chipotle isn't exactly set up to be able to hear easily, so I always speak loudly. The woman who made my order wasn't even listening to her coworkers. Another staff member mixed new beans into a container of new ones. If you've ever worked in a kitchen then you know that's not sanitary. The cashier was also handling the second half of the food making process. My food was waiting at the start of her station and she decided that was a good time to wipe the counters, stock bags, and organized the chip shelf. I wish I had just walked out and gotten food somewhere else

  What to say??? Chipotle anymore is just Chipotle. The food is average as is most other locations. Service is about the same. Not bad by any means.....just overall average.
