I had a terrible experience at this Chipotle location. Most of the staff were not friendly, but the manager in particular had an unbelievable attitude from the start.
When he packed our order, he literally threw the bowl into the bag so hard that the bag almost ripped, and he tossed the vinaigrettes in carelessly as well. It felt completely disrespectful. I calmly mentioned that as a manager he should try to be a little nicer to customers, and instead of responding professionally, he got angry and started raising his voice at me.
After we paid for the food, he actually took the food back and we still have not received a refund for it, which is completely unacceptable. When I asked him for his name, he refused to give it, which was also very unprofessional for someone in a management position.
To make matters worse, he was wearing a mask but not even covering his nose, which made the whole thing seem pointless and careless.
Overall, the attitude from the manager was insane and the service was horrible. Definitely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a Chipotle. I would not recommend this location.

This manager was absolutely horrible. He had a terrible attitude the entire time while bagging my food and literally threw the sauce into the bag like he didn’t care at all. Then, after I had already paid for my food, he decided to snatch it back from me for no reason. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional. Easily some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced.

This like many other Chipotles locations give small portions and then have many people asking for more. They would also rather scrape a pan of rice and give the older remaining rice then give the customer the fresh new rice that is being given to the person serving the customer and I use that term loosely. I saw the extra cheese request happen and did not do the same but when I asked for a side of it the person told me it would be extra cost which is obvious but shouldn't be the case as to it was only wanting the same result as the other person ahead of me recieved. It is not the customers fault that Chipotles employees and their corporate are stingy on their portions. Just another location of theirs that I will successfully boycott do to unprofessional behavior. It was unprofessional because the person ahead in line got the extra cheese for free and I was told about the cost as if I never went to a Chiptoles before.

The customer service was awful. Overall, the staff seemed really bothered, and before I even finished placing my bowl order, they closed the lid without asking, so I had to request the remaining toppings in an extra cup. On top of that, the toppings I requested later weren’t put in a paper bag, so I had to go back to get them. Both the chicken and steak vegetables were way too salty, and I couldn’t finish my meal.
The service was extremely poor, and I feel like I wasted my time and money.

On Sunday 2/22/26 near 11:35am, why they scrap old food content off the counter with their hands and toes it back into the food or into a customer food. I ask the guy making food (seems Mexican but the only person making food) about why they do that and he started going down the complete counter from one end to the other scrapping food off the nasty counter and tossing it back into the fresh food containers laughing.
Why the tall seemed like he is mixed guy with wild long hair that cooks or grills the food, lift his hat up and SCRATCH the heck out his hair OVER the food counter where they chop food and didn't wash his hands or clean the counter. But instead chopped up steak then ate some.
Why they have one person on register and one person making food, but have MULTIPLE employees just standing or walking around from back kitchen to front, then back to front, then back to front, then back to front. The one thing that is worse is they will come to the front and look at the customers in line then go back to the back. Some will come up front and look then go wash their hands in the sink and put on gloves, then go right to the back.
