This location is always out of things, last two times it was a rice type and chicken, this time cheese. Can ya’ll order more? Come on, you know you’re busy. This seems like a shortcoming on management. Drink area is also usually messy.
Foods usually decent besides those issues. Staff has a good attitude.

I’m leaving a review because as I’m ordering my food I asked Bill who was at the register at the time for vinaigrette. He gives me two I said can you charge me for another one so I can have three he basically says no they are for the salads only I said OK so are you telling me I gotta buy a bowl of lettuce in order for me to get more vinaigrette? He’s basically like yes with a nod but another bowl that I’m not gonna eat JUST so I can get two vinaigrettes so I’m leaving this review because I hope someone above him or even if his same position Sees this and know how ignorant & inconsiderate it was to charge me 9$ some change for a whole new bowl just to get another vingerette instead of à la carte me a dollar and some change for vinaigrette. I never said I wouldn’t pay I even offered. I will also be sending an email to corporate showing both of my receipts & again I hope this reaches the store manager or someone in management.

Came in and ordered the meal that I quite literally order almost every day...
Bowl with chicken + carne asada. Double meat (so one full portion of each protein)
Get to the register. New blonde never seen before (I literally come almost every day) and an charged for ordering a DOUBLE carne asada bowl. So let's just ignore that I literally didn't even order that. And an told I'm being charged for double carne asada. Because the asada costs more, so their charging me the higher of the two proteins. When I literally don't even have that as my order in the bowl I'm about to eat....
So let's get this correct. I have to pay more money for something I haven't ordered. And am not about to eat. Because why again? Because that's somehow their policy they claim? So chipotle just charging people extra money for what their not about to eat? 😂😂😂 Can't make this up lol.
So here's a photo of the receipt and clearly the chicken in my bowl which somehow I don't have to pay for because the chicken is. Cheaper than carne asada. So they just decided to double charge me for the more expensive option? 😂😂😂
