We walked right up to the counter and waited for one of the three or four team members to help, and the first person who approached seemed pretty miserable—no smile, no friendliness. The second was a little better, but it still felt forced, like he wasn’t sure whether he should be friendly or not. I did enjoy the flavor of the chicken bowl I ordered, though the portion sizes were inconsistent. I also would’ve loved the option of jalapeños or a salsa. The sour cream was a great addition. Aside from the unwelcoming service, the tables needed to be wiped down, and the visible kitchen area at the time of ordering could’ve used some cleaning as well.

Everything taste fresh but the rice was undercooked. I think they pulled it to early because they were so busy. At least I hope so.
