    Why has chipotle completely given up on customer service and employee standards? This used to be the best chipotle in Columbus but it’s fallen into line with the others - rude staff who act like you’re interrupting their party, dirty counters and tables, and sloppy food. It’s disappointing since it’s such a convenient, inexpensive and relatively healthy option.

    Food was cold,no beans ready or certain meats, rice was hard, employees seemed tired/lazy food prep area was a mess. Would not go back to this one.

    First time I've made a mobile purchase and picked up through the drive thru. Horrible experience. The burrito was cold and had hard chunks of something inside! It was like the beans were old. Very little chicken was in the burrito as well!
