    First time I've made a mobile purchase and picked up through the drive thru. Horrible experience. The burrito was cold and had hard chunks of something inside! It was like the beans were old. Very little chicken was in the burrito as well!

    came in for a remake and the manager named Ty was extremely helpful and apologetic about the situation he seemed like a great manager who definitely understands customer service. keep him around!!
