  Didn't get a chance to order food. Arms crossed doing everything not to make eye contact with customers. Can't add mushrooms on the kiosk.

  They were very rude and this is stepple. I never had customer service like this at this restaurant until now.

  Two days ago I visited the store and I was very disappointed, the potatoes were hard all cold, the staff from afar with bad attitude and not hygienic at all and the dining room made a mess all dirty.

  Horrible service, the staff and the manager have horrendous customer service, they closed the lobby no signs no anything and forced everyone who was sitting to get up and continued to block off the seating by arranging the tables in a straight line, they claim they have to shut the lobby down bc it’s a “privilege not a guarantee”, aside from that they claim they don’t give any refunds and when I received my order it was practically thrown at me, the lady who made my order had her pants practically at her ankles, very inappropriate and she did not wear gloves while handling the food. Genuinely an awful experience, save your time and money

  Quick service and the cheese and bacon fries were on point. Never had any complaints with any past orders.
